Paradise Airways received its certificate on March 2, 1995 and started operating charters. In November 1995, the airline changed its name to Prestige Airlines and shortly thereafter started flying charters for Sunair and its own routes from Dullas to St. Croix with stops on December 24th. Prestige Airways ceased operations because of financial problems on April 24, 1997.
